Where can I buy Konsens® products?

You can buy our products conveniently and quickly on Kon-sens.com and in our main branch in Hausen in the canton of Aargau, Switzerland.

 

Is it possible to change my order afterwards?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to change an already placed order independently. In this case, please contact our customer service directly (info@kon-sens.com).

 

What payment options are available?

Payment can generally be made by PayPal, PostFinance (Card & E-Finance), TWINT or credit cards. Purchase on invoice is only possible in Switzerland.

 

Why was my payment rejected?

It is possible that a particular payment request is rejected. Please try a different payment method. To find out more about the reason for the rejection, please contact our customer service. Please note that we do not have access to accounts or credit cards and cannot provide information about creditworthiness. We only receive information whether the rejection was due to technical or creditworthiness reasons.

 

Will I be charged international bank fees?

It may happen that banks charge international transaction fees. However, we cannot influence this, as it depends on the respective banking institution. Experience shows that it is better to pay for the order in your own currency. Please contact your bank directly for further information.

 

Does Konsens® have discounts or promo codes that I can use for my order?

We grant 10% on the first order if you subscribe to our newsletter. We will keep you informed about the latest products, news and offers. We send discounts at irregular intervals to all subscribers to our newsletter.

 

How do I get the welcome voucher?

Subscribe to our newsletter by clicking the button ‘subscribe here’ and follow all further steps. After the successful registration a code will be sent immediately by e-mail. Please also check your spam folder.

Can pregnant women use Konsens® products?

Our entire product line is suitable for pregnant or lactating women unless otherwise indicated. However, always check with your doctor before using new products during pregnancy or lactation.

 

Are Konsens® products tested on animals?

Because we love and appreciate animals as much as humans, our products are not and will never be tested on animals.

 

Does Konsens® products have an expiration date?

All skin care products have a PAO date (PAO = Period-after-opening), which is visible on the packaging. The symbol is a small open can with a number. This refers to the number of months in which we recommend the use of the products. This information is used to get the best from the products with maximum effectiveness.

 

Are Konsens® products natural?

We try to create the formulation as natural as possible. However, it is much more important to us that the ingredients are of high quality. Many natural ingredients are irritating, so we always formulate our products with soothing, low-risk ingredients – whether they are natural or synthetic. Our conclusion: natural products are not automatically good and synthetic products are not automatically bad.

 

Are Konsens® products vegan?

All our products are vegan.

 

Is Konsens® packaging recyclable?

The packaging is made of 100% organic cellulose fibers, which give you the distinctive, natural look and the natural, rough surface. The precious mixture of our products is filled in glass containers, which are also recyclable. Konsens® sees it as its duty to manufacture sustainable products in order to save valuable resources and to take care of the environment.

 

Delivery & Returns

 

What are the shipping costs?

We generally ship free of charge from a minimum order value of CHF 100. Below CHF 100.00 we charge a flat rate of CHF 20.

 

From where are the online orders shipped?

All online orders are packed and shipped from our headquarters in Hausen AG, Switzerland. International orders are delivered by DHL or Swiss Post. Orders from Switzerland are shipped by Swiss Post.

 

Does Konsens® deliver to business addresses and packing stations?

Yes, we deliver to private and business addresses and to packing stations.

 

Which countries does Konsens® deliver to?

We deliver to almost all countries. If the delivery to your residence is not possible, please contact our customer service.

 

Can customs or import fees be incurred?

Parcels are sent from Switzerland, so customs or import fees may be incurred.

We always try to keep the above mentioned delivery times, but delays may occur in rare cases. Your order will always be shipped as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our highest priority!

Can I exchange or return a product?

We want you to love your Konsens products and be completely satisfied with Konsens®. If you have something to complain about and want to exchange a product, please send the package back to us within 21 days of receipt. Refunds that are more than 21 days in the past will not be processed. Please contact our customer service (info@kon-sens.com) before returning the product.

 

Do I have to pay the return shipping costs?

We are sorry, but the shipping costs are not refundable. You are responsible for your own shipping costs. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking or insurance for orders over CHF 75, because if a return is lost, we cannot arrange a refund for the product.

What are the advantages of an account?

With a login at Konsens® you have all your purchases, invoices and order tracking information in your account. You can also call up your quiz results here. If you also subscribe to the newsletter, we will keep you informed about news and promotions.

 

How do I create an account?

Click on the small login icon at the top right and then select “Register Now” to create an account. Or create an account at the first check-out.

 

I have problems logging in, how can I recover my password?

Please click on the “Forgot your password?” link in the login screen. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to recover your account. You can also contact our customer service (info@kon-sens.com) for further assistance.

 

How can I subscribe or unsubscribe my e-mail subscription to Konsens®?

You can easily subscribe or unsubscribe to our newsletter by clicking on the subscription form and entering your e-mail. Do you want to unsubscribe from the newsletter? Very unwillingly! But if you have to, you can easily unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscription form.

 

Does anyone else see the information I provide to Konsens®?

Never! We respect your privacy. The information you provide us with will not be disclosed to third parties. Please note our privacy policy.
